We have streamlined and honed our design-build process, which really helps clients to build the right project for their home, priorities, and budget. In contrast to a traditional design then bid process, the design-build process takes into account the budget during the design phase.  Design and efficient construction work in tangent to help clients develop a project that maximizes the value of their budget. Here is an outline of our process:

Phase 1: Initial Consultation

We start with an honest conversation about your goals and your budget. We take the time to explain our approach and client experience to make sure we are the right fit for you. We also provide preliminary pricing estimates for standard projects like kitchens or bathrooms. This step ensures everyone is in alignment before moving to the next step.

Phase 2: Design Agreement

Once we agree to move forward, we begin comprehensive project design. This is where we go beyond just picking colors; we create full construction plan sets, select every material, and define every detail. Because our planning is thorough, we can provide you with a fully transparent, fixed price for the construction contract.

Phase 3: Construction & Project Management

With the contract signed, we handle the heavy lifting. We manage permits, order materials, and build a highly detailed schedule that reflects product lead times, your travel schedules, and even the weather. We pride ourselves on staying on target and keeping you informed throughout the build.

Phase 4: Warranty & Ongoing Support

Our relationship doesn’t end when we pack up our tools. We stay in touch throughout the first year to perform scheduled check-ins. Even after the formal warranty period, we remain a resource for you whenever you have questions.
